Whistleblowing procedure

“Whistleblowing Procedure” pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2023

Nova Srl has adopted and implemented specific channels to receive and manage reports (so‑called “Whistleblowing”), in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10/03/2023, regarding the protection of individuals who report breaches of European Union law and national statutory provisions.

Each report is analysed by the competent corporate function; at the end of each analysis, the reports are classified according to the subject matter (for example: fraud, corruption, violations of the Code of Ethics, etc.).

Nova Srl ensures the highest level of confidentiality with regards to the reporting persons, adopting criteria and communication methods suitable to protect both the reputation of the persons mentioned in the reports and the confidentiality of the reporting persons, so that anyone who makes a report is not subjected to any form of retaliation.
