Training Course held for the Technicians of Suite Lift home lifts in Germany:
“NOVA Elevators Training Days”

NOVA hosted the second session in a row of the “NOVA Elevators Training Days”. The three-days of training for technicians and maintainers of the Suite Lift residential lifts gathered 6 professionals who install NOVA Elevators home lifts in Germany.

The training includes theoretical classroom modules and on-field training supported by NOVA Elevators Assembly team.

Last but not least, the training aims at strengthening the human and professional relationship: the course includes an immersive experience in the motor valley and food valley of the Emilia Romagna region.

“The practical training on the Suite Lift home lift met my expectations. The assembly of the lift system ended with the diagnostic tests – which is definitely an excellent plus in terms of maintenance and assistance”.

The training course encourages participants to become expert sellers, fitters and maintainers of the Suite Lift, to update them on the product news and to convey to their customers the 30-years experience of NOVA Elevators and the value of “Respect of the commitments made”.

The “NOVA Elevators Training Days” are the result of the synergy between the Company Management, the Marketing Office, the Technical Department, the Customer Care and the Commercial Office: a cohesive work team that underlines the commitment to consolidate relations with Italian and foreign partners and the attention to details.
