From the 5th to 10th September 2021 NOVA Elevators brings style, comfort, and technology at the FuoriSalone in Milan, the parallel event to the renowned world fair Salone del Mobile. The context is the largest and most engaging exhibition/ agora dedicated to Contract, “Hotel Regeneration”, signed by the architect Simone Micheli.
NOVA thus becomes part of high-profile experimental installations, in which hybridization, contamination, and alteration represent the keywords of an event unique in its kind. The cabins designed by the well-known architect are actually part of an immersive work of art, capable of stimulating our senses and telling the future of hospitality: innovative and smart on the one hand, visionary and provocative on the other. This duplicity guarantees success while remaining business-oriented and sustainable.
NOVA Suite Cozy Time and Rewind at FuoriSalone
From the first participation in 2019, NOVA comes back to the Ventura district of Milan with masterpieces of engineering and art. These two cabins marry the challenge of Hotel Regeneration involving beauty and efficiency, acquiring shape, and becoming a contemporary icon thanks to the power of ideas.
The design frame of the cabins is the Suite Lift, the Made in Italy home lift that blends in with the style of the environment in which it is installed, with low consumption and tailor-made for each living environment.
Cozy Time cabin, Scandinavian and minimal look
With fabric-looking interiors (floor, side, and back walls, false ceiling), the Cozy Time cabin offers a welcoming and essential look for the homelift but also finds extensive experimentation in projects for commercial spaces.
The control buttons become small technological gems set in a gray and blue texture, in which the rounded corners and the perimeter (modular) LED lighting on the wall give authenticity and warmth, in soft shapes capable of crossing space and time.
Every detail is studied by the architect Micheli in a vision that marries originality and technique.
Functionality and style contaminate each other to merge in disruptive osmosis of materials.
Rewind cabin: can sheet metal become a sinuous material?
The big news this year is the extremely innovative Rewind Cabin, the result of great analysis by Simone Micheli.
The wavy stainless steel interiors embrace the environment to play on a new spatial level represented by the natural oak wood on the floor.
This cabin is a true study of curves capable of leading rationality towards the imagination, on a journey that elevates body and spirit simultaneously to the edge of a submerged, almost dreamlike world. The cabin enhances the ancestral union between metal and wood, two materials known and often present in contemporary home living, which are able to create new plays of light and shapes.
The Rewind cabin is suitable for decidedly eclectic residential applications, dedicated to those who want to amaze without tiring, where tradition can embrace modernity in a timeless path.
Simone Micheli: Unique FuoriSalone with Hotel Regeneration
The theme of this year’s FuoriSalone is “Forms of Living”, which appears to be at the center of the scenario we are going through, now distorted in the rules and habits.
In this precious setting, Simone Micheli’s Hotel Regeneration is an authentic multisensory exhibition that covers an area of 4,000 square meters and will host high-profile experimental installations created ad hoc to illustrate the contemporaneity of the sector and thematic conferences dedicated to the latest in design, architecture, and hospitality.
With great experience and craftmanship recognized throughout the world, Simone Micheli was able to reconcile eight different worlds through respective functional works dedicated to prestigious international hotel chains. Each will be aimed at a person of excellence from the world of entertainment, music, journalism, art, sport, cuisine, fashion, and fashion.
