TeamBuilding and Confidence Building … at 8 meters of height!

Some NOVA Elevators employees took part in an Indoor Climbing session, an opportunity to learn new Olympic sports and life lessons that can be applied to daily routine: governing one’s own strength, using it to achieve the goals , increase confidence, trust in your team and learn to take control of the situation.

The activity took place at Asd Newpol’s gym with two professional CAI guides (Italian Alpine Club), who made this beautiful experience possible.
