The CEO of NOVA Elevators, Mr. Fabrizio Nicoli, introduced the Company to the students and professors of Futura S.p.A., a public institution that coordinates and organizes training courses with a focus in the professional development of young people and the engineering sector.

Ten young students of the professional training course of “Mechanical Operator”, in the presence of the course coordinator Ms. Elena Vignocchi and Professor Giancarlo Pagnoni, participated with curiosity and many questions related to the company.

The most stimulating topics for the students were those concerning the mechanical and electronic components of the lifts, the software used and the digital tools implemented by NOVA as part of the “Industry 4.0” development plan, the assembly phases of the lifting systems and the international market in which NOVA is positioned.

With this meeting, the company aims at consolidating the relationship between the professional training of young people and the connection with local organizations and, together with Futura, to create a targeted, specific and continuous training plan that actively involves teachers and young talents who wish to put into practice the skills acquired.
